A journey to find peace: Stop making recovery about your body.
I see so many recovery blogs focusing so much on “Gotta meet my calorie goal to gain!” “Gotta do some yoga so I gain muscle, not fat!” “Gotta still be healthy!” “Gotta take measurements!” “Gotta weigh myself and see if I gained!”
That’s not recovery.
That’s obsessing over your body in a new way….
This is so true and beautiful. I hope I can reach this point one day, this is my goal.

No, I started it at a beginner level at uni, with some self-study before. I had to drop out after half a year, and then went back the next year so I had sort of the first half of one year twice which helped. I had a very basic level when I started uni - like I could write hiragana and katakana only.
Some people told me that studying A level actually made it harder to study it at university level, because of different learning styles. I don’t know if that’s right or not!

I don’t really know how long this took me… since about March 20th when I came back to Japan I think.
Literally posting about this on every website I am involved in haha.

Now I gotta shower and go to sleep =<
Strength Progress
When I first did Jillian Michael’s No More Trouble Zones, I couldn’t lift my body up to do the side planks at all.
Now I can. For every rep.
Alright =D
